By using Dolf you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. They are short and written in plain language on purpose. Dolf is currently operated by Marco Aurelio Benites.
Dolf is a disc golf scorekeeping app for tracking rounds, bag tags, groups, events, and optional token payouts within a club or casual group. It is provided free of charge.
You must be at least 13 to use Dolf. If you are under 18, use Dolf only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, for the accuracy of the scores you enter, and for everything that happens under your account. Do not use another person's account, or enter scores on their behalf without their agreement. Tell us at support@getdolf.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Do not use Dolf to harass other players, to enter deliberately false or offensive information, to impersonate anyone, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms.
You keep ownership of the content you create — player names, groups, events, rounds, scores, and notes. You grant us permission to host and display it only to run the service, such as showing your scores and standings to the other players in your card, group, or event. You are responsible for the information you enter, including that you are allowed to add information about other people.
Dolf is a scorekeeping tool and never handles money. It can suggest how a token pot is divided among finishers, but those suggestions are a convenience for your group's own arrangements. Dolf does not hold, process, or transfer money of any kind, is not a party to any pot, wager, or payout, and takes no responsibility for how a group settles up. You are responsible for making sure any pot or payout you take part in complies with the laws where you play.
Tag standings reflect the rounds recorded in the app. Your club's own rules govern the tags themselves; if the app and your club disagree, your club decides.
If you sign in with Apple or Google, your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We are actively developing Dolf and may add, change, or remove features at any time, including through automatic updates. Dolf is provided "as is", without warranty. We do our best to keep it running and your rounds safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, or that scores, standings, payout calculations, or data will always be accurate or never be lost. Keep your own record of anything that matters to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of data, arising from your use of Dolf. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed US$100.
You agree to cover any claims or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Dolf, the content you enter, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
You may stop using Dolf and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@getdolf.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Sections that should survive termination — content licenses already granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts in California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use Dolf after an update means you accept the revised terms.
