By using Dolf you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain language on purpose.
Dolf is a disc golf scorekeeping app for tracking rounds, bag tags, and optional token payouts within a club or casual group. It is provided free of charge.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, and for the accuracy of the scores you enter. Do not use another person's account or enter scores on their behalf without their agreement.
Do not use Dolf to harass other players, to enter deliberately false scores, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Dolf can suggest how a token pot is divided among finishers. These suggestions are a convenience for your group's own arrangements. Dolf does not handle, hold, process, or transfer money of any kind, and takes no responsibility for how a group settles up.
Tag standings reflect the rounds recorded in the app. Your club's own rules govern the tags themselves; if the app and your club disagree, your club decides.
Dolf is provided "as is", without warranty. We do our best to keep it running and to keep your rounds safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that data will never be lost. Keep your own record of anything that matters to you.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Dolf.
You may stop using Dolf and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use Dolf after an update means you accept the revised terms.
