Dolf is a disc golf scorekeeping app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your PDGA number and bag tag number. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider so we can create your account. We never receive your password.
When you play, we store the rounds you take part in: the course, the date, your scores, and any optional shot detail you choose to record, such as fairways hit, putts, and penalty strokes.
Your information is used to run the app: to show live leaderboards to the players on your card, to track bag tag standings and token payouts within your club, and to show you your own statistics over time. That is all.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and Dolf shows no ads.
Players on the same card or in the same event can see the scores for that round — that is the point of a shared scorecard. Your email address is not shown to other players.
Data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, and is protected by row-level security rules so accounts can only read the data they are entitled to.
You can ask us to delete your account and its associated data at any time by emailing the address below. We will remove it, though scores already recorded on a shared card may remain visible to that card as an anonymised entry so other players' rounds stay intact.
Dolf is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
